New Secretary Hired For Extension Office

The University Of Missouri Extension Office has added a new member to their team.  Mandy Shores of Luray, MO is now serving as the secretary for the University of Missouri Extension Office located at 115 West Court in Kahoka, MO.  She is taking the place of Carole Riter, who retired in May of 2007 after 20 years of service.
Mandy is a 1997 graduate from Clark County R-1 High School and has been a member of the community for 28 years.  After high school, she attended college at Culver Stockton College in Canton, MO where she received a Bachelor Degree in Music Education.  Mandy was employed by Priority Physical Therapy as an office manager for the Kahoka facility, where she performed a multitude of tasks.  She has also been employed by Quincy Medical Group as a data entry specialist, and by Quincy Public Schools as a general music teacher.  Mandy has knowledge in many computer applications such as People Soft, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Access.  She enjoys working with the public and looks forward to serving the members of this community.
