Kahoka Man Acquitted Of Rape Charges
A Kahoka man was found not guilt of sex charges by a Marion County jury.
Raymond Boyd, 31, of Kahoka was charged in January of 2007 with Forcible Rape and Armed Criminal Action, both felonies . The rape charge carried a penalty of life imprisonment.
According to Judge William E. Alberty’s docket sheet, the jury found returned “not guilty” verdicts on both counts on February 22.
