Arrest Made

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Luke W. Griffis AKA Ted Griffis, age 36 of Kahoka, MO. Griffis was arrested by Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Kahoka Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol following the execution of a search warrant at the Griffis residence located at 753 West Cedar Street Kahoka Missouri. The search warrant was a result of a complaint received by the Missouri State Highway Patrol that Griffis had several stolen items in his garage. The items had been stolen from Dean Building Products located in Kahoka. Officers seized several stolen items from Griffis Garage located at 753 west Cedar Kahoka Missouri. Some of the items recovered belonged to Dean Building Products and Color’s Unlimited both businesses in Kahoka. Griffis is charged with Possession of Stolen Property with other charges pending. Griffis was arraigned on Friday and received a $30,000 dollar bond with 10% allowed Griffis remains in custody and is held at the Clark County Detention Center.
