Sheriff’s Report
The Clark County Sheriff’s office reports the following arrests made in August.
Cody A. Stephenson, age 20, of Hartford, IA was arrested Monday, August 18, on Highway 27 near Wayland for driving without a valid license. Stephenson was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date

Chad M. Vice, age 33, of Ft. Madison, IA was arrested Thursday, August 21, at the Ft. Madison penitentiary for warrant-theft of anhydrous. Vice was transported by Clark County Sheriff’s officers to the Clark County Jail where he remains in custody on $100,000 cash only bond.
Christopher Pennington, age 23, of Molalla, OR was arrested Thursday, August 21, in Alexandria for driving without a valid license. Pennington was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Romaro L. Houston, age 19, of Davenport, IA was arrested Thursday, August 21, on Highway 27 near Wayland for possession of marijuana. Houston was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Deanna L. Blentlinger, age 38, of Kahoka, MO was arrested Thursday, August 21, at her residence in Kahoka for warrant-possession of controlled substance. Blentlinger was released on her personal recog. bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Dennis C. Walker, age 56, of Kahoka, MO. was arrested Friday, August 22, on Highway 136 near Kahoka for DWI. Walker was released on his personal recog. bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Michael J. Young, age 41, of Warsaw, IL was arrested Monday, August 25, at the Clark County Sheriff’s office for leaving the scene of an accident. Young was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Colter J. Boyer, age 21, of Keokuk, IA was arrested Tuesday, August 26, at the Clark County Detention Facility for warrant-first degree tampering. Boyer was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Eric W. Wood, age 21, of Keokuk, IA was arrested Wednesday, August 21, on Highway 136 near Alexandria, MO, for displaying license plate of another. Wood was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Eric E. Jones, age 48, of Mountain Grove, MO was arrested Wednesday, August 27 by Missouri State Highway Patrol on Highway 136 and 61 in Alexandria, for driving without a valid license. Jones was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Elizabeth B. Hopkins, age 48, of Kahoka, MO was arrested Friday, August 29, in Kahoka for passing bad checks. Hopkins was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Tammy L. Hondadel, age 39, of Keokuk, IA was arrested Saturday, August 30, by Missouri State Highway Patrol, west of Wayland on Highway 136, for warrant-DWI and drug paraphernalia. Honadel was released from custody after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
Robert R. Bennett, age 47, of Keokuk, IA was arrested Saturday, August 31, in Revere, MO. for driving while revoked. Bennett was released after a 24 hour investigative hold and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date.
