Lions Announce “Branson Comes to Kahoka” Show
The Kahoka Lions Club wishes to announce the scheduling of their annual music show. Direct from Branson; MO ‘The award winning Ozark Jubilee brings to you the performance of Country Music, Gospel, Bluegrass and Comedy, is coming to Kahoka The Jubilee features Branson’s funniest comedian and world class fiddler – Doofus Doolittle. Doofus will have you rolling in the aisles with his unique style of “Hillbilly Humor.”
You can expect some of the best fiddle music anywhere! Doofus, alias Randy Newman, has established himself as a World Class Violinist, not only in Branson, but across the United States, having performed with such acts as Ronnie Milsap, Jimmie Rogers, Porter Wagner, Mel Tillis and many, many others.
Featured Male Vocalist with the Ozark Jubilee is Richard Ebert from Nashville, TN. He is extremely a talented vocalist who covers a wide range of music styles.
The female singer is Rachelle Lamb. Newman says she is as good a vocalist as he has seen in his 30 years in Branson.
The Ozark Jubilee band consists of four of the best musicians in Branson. Musical director is Jory Clayton who plays the keyboards, synthesizer and arranges the music for the band. They will produce a quality of music second to none.
The Ozark Jubilee will be appearing in Kahoka on Saturday, March 21 at 7:30 P.M. at the Edna Seyb Auditorium. Ticket prices are $10.00 in advance and $12.00 at the door and children under six are free. Don’t miss the musical event of the year when “BRANSON COMES TO KAHOKA” sponsored by the Kahoka Lions Club.
