Clark County Sheriff Reports Arrests
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following
arrests for the week of February 28, 2009.
Perry Eugene Allen, age 45 date of birth 10-201963 of
Wayland, MO was arrested on February 25, 2009 at 21:38 hours for DWI and
operating motor vehicle w/o a license by the Clark County Sheriff’s office in Wayland,
Mo. Perry was held in the Clark County
Detention Facility for a 12 hour detox..
He was given a future court date.
James Wayne Andrews, age 47 Date of Birth 12-05-1961 of Wayland,
MO was arrested on February 19, 2009 at 18:56 hours in Kahoka for 1st
degree child abuse by the Kahoka Police Department. He was held at the Clark County Detention Facility until posting
a cash bond and given a future court date.
Russell Lee Bliss, age 24 Date of Birth 12-22-1984 of Lawrence,
KS was arrested on February 28, 2009 at
0348 hours on 136 West of Kahoka for an outstanding warrant by the Clark County
Sheriff’s Deputy. He was released after
posting a cash only bond and given a future court date.
Melissa Jo Bode, age
39 Date of Birth 11-01-1969 of Keokuk was arrested on February 20, 2009 at 2215
hours in Alexandria, MO for possession of a controlled substance, possession of
amphetamines, and possession of marijuana by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She is being held in the Clark County Detention Facility with a
$50,000 cash only bond.
Nate James Bowden, age 19 Date of Birth 7-17-1989 of Keokuk,
Ia was arrested on March 1, 2009 at 0029 hours North of Hwy 81 for Minor in
possession by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. He was released to a parent
and given a future court date.
Matthew Daniel Gail, age 29 Date of Birth 01-23-1980 of Canton, Mo was arrested on an
outstanding warrant on February 23, 2009 at 1903 hours by the Missouri State
Highway Patrol near Wayland, Mo. He was
released after posting a cash only bond and given a future court date.
Charles Parvin Jenkins, age 19 Date of Birth 02-14-1990 of
Keokuk, Ia was arrested on March 1, 2009 at 0136 hours North of Hwy 81 for Minor
in Possession by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. He was released to a parent and given a future court date.
Christopher Lee Johnston, age 30 of Date of Birth 06-25-1978
of Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on February 27, 2009 at 1438 hours in Scotland
County for Possession of Marijuana more than 35 grams by the Missouri Highway
Patrol. He is being held in the Clark
County Detention Center on a $15,000 cash only bond.
Kathleen Elizabeth Johnston age 26 Date of Birth 04-27-1982
of Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on
February 27, 2009 at 1401 hours in Wyaconda, Mo for possession of Marijuana
more than 35 grams by the Missouri Highway Patrol. She is being held in the Clark County Detention Center on a
$15,000 cash only bond.
Justin Brett Kite, age 42 Date of Birth 07-17-1966 of
Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on February 24, 2009 at 2112 hours in Wayland, MO for
possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia by the Missouri Highway
Patrol. He was released after posting a
cash only bond and given a future court date.
Guy William McConnell, age 39 Date of Birth 07-31-1969 of
Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on February 23, 2009 at 1808 hours at the Clark
County Detention Center for a warrant of driving while license revoked by the
Clark County Sheriff Deputy. He was
released after posting a cash only bond and given a future court date.
Matthew Eugean Sharon, age 20 Date of Birth 04-29-1986 of
Omaha, NE was arrested on February 28, 2009 at 0302 hours on 136 west of Kahoka
for operating motor vehicle w/o a valid license by the Clark County Sheriff Deputy. He was released after posting a cash only
bond and given a future court date.
Chauncy Robert Wilson age 32 Date of Birth 08-29-1976 of
Kahoka, MO was arrested on February 24, 2009 at 2254 hours south of 81 near
Kahoka for DWI and Failure to maintain right half of roadway by the Missouri
State Highway Patrol. He was released
after an 12 hour detox and given a future court date.
Derek Allen Wilson, age 23 Date of Birth 06-21-1985 of
Kahoka, MO was arrested on February 26, 2009 at 0702 hours on 136 East of
Kahoka for an outstanding warrant of Possession of cocaine and Marijuana by the
Missouri State Highway Patrol. He is
being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash only bond.
Eric Michael Woods, age 28 Date of Birth 06-05-1980 of
Kahoka, Mo was arrested on March 1, 2009 at 0343 hours on business 136 east of
Kahoka for DWI by the Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was released after a 12 hour detox and given a future court
