Clark County Sheriff’s Report

Sheriff’s
Office reports the following arrests:
 
Joshua D. Pruett of Kahoka was arrested on 04-01-09 by a Sheriff’s Deputy at
his residence for Domestic Assault – 3rd Degree and is being held on a $10,000
cash only bond.
 
Clinton R. Thomas of Wyaconda was arrested on 04-05-09 by M.S.H.P. in
Kahoka for Driving While License Revoked and DWI/Alcohol and has been released
on summons to appear in court.
 
Jamie C. Haroldson of Kahoka was arrested on 04-06-09 by Kahoka P.D. in
Kahoka for Failure to Appear on a seatbelt violation and has been released to
appear in court.
 
During a joint investigation conducted by members of the Sheriff’s Office
and Missouri State Highway Patrol, a search warrant was issued on
04-08-09 at the Nyle Dean Stark residence, where four suspects were
arrested, charged and taken into custody for Possession of Drugs and Drug
Paraphernalia. Arrested was, Wendy S. Morrison of Williamstown, Scott L. Fox of
Canton, Travis F. Stark of Williamstown, and Sara H.R. Stark also of Williamstown.
All four are awaiting appearance in court.
 
Chad M. Garmon of Bloomfield, Iowa was arrested on 04-13-09 by M.S.H.P., north
of Kahoka on US HWY 81 for Failure to Maintain Right Half of Roadway, Driving
Motor Veh. With Driver’s License Suspended, and DWI/Alcohol Felony and posted
bond to appear in court at a later date.
 
Robert A. Shaw of Kahoka was arrested on 04-14-09 by Kahoka P.D. in Kahoka
for Person Under 21 Being In Possession of Alcohol and Zero Tolerance and was
issued a summons to appear in court.
 
Ritchie W. Mathes of kahoka was arrested on 04-15-09 by M.S.H.P. on US HWY 136
near Wayland for Operating Motor Vehicle With Out Valid License and was issued
a summons to appear in court.
 
Matthew J. Morehouse of Alexandria was arrested on 04-15-09 by Sheriff’s Deputy
on county road #312 for DWI/Alcohol and was released on a summons to appear in
court.
 
Nichole E. Courtois of Wayland was arrested on 04-15-09 by Sheriff’s Deputy at
Winchester for an Arrest Warrent out of Adams County Illinois awaiting transport
