Clark County Sheriff’s Report
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for weekending June 15, 2009.
Timothy Allen Ball age 19 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 8, at approximately 21:17 for Minor visibly intoxicated by the Clark County Sheriffs office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was released to a parent and given a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Allison Marie Kite age 21 of Farmington, IA was arrested on June 14, at 02:38 for DWI and failure to drive on the right side of roadway by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she was held on an 8 hour detox and given a future court date.
Wendy Sue Morrison age 43 of Williamstown, MO was arrested on June 14 at 01:21 for endangering the welfare of a child by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she remains in custody on a $50,000 cash only and a $10,000 cash only bond.
Todd Micheal Stewart age 18 of Luray, MO was arrested on June 8, at 14:55 for 2nd degree burglary non residence by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transaported to the Clark County Detention Center where he remains in Custody on a $100,000 cash only bond. Lindsey Leanette Morgan age 26 DOB 06/30/1982 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 4 at 16:42 for an outstanding warrant for stealing by deceit by the Kahoka Police Department in Kahoka, Mo. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she is being held on a $30,000 cash only bond.
Jennifer Lenore Fish age 27 DOB 01/13/1982 of St. Louis, MO was arrested on May 31 at 16:07 for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she was released after posting a cash only bond and given a future court date.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for weekending July 2, 2009.
Terry Allen Briggs age 61 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 16, at 00:45 at his residence for 3rd degree domestic assault by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he remains in custody on a $50,000 cash only bond.
Joshua Lee Brunk age 31 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 20, at 02:02 for DWI, Resisting arrests by the Kahoka Police Department. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he remained in custody until June 22 and was released on his own personal recognizance and given a future court date.
Daniel Keaton Dean age 24 of Canton, MO was arrested on June 16 at 22:16 for an outstanding warrant on Failure to appear on DWI and driving without a valid license charge by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was released after posting bond.
Charles William Hanley age 18 of Wayland, MO was arrested on June 29 at 22:16 for an outstanding warrant for Statutory Sodomy 1st degree. He was transported from Polk County by the Clark county Sheriffs office to the Clark County Detention Center. He remains in custody on a $100,000 cash only bond.
Christopher Michael Holmes age 35 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on June 23 at 15:42 on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he posted bond and given a future court date.
Jessica Nicole House age 20 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 25 at 02:30 in Kahoka for 3rd degree assault charges by the Kahoka Police Department. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where she was given a summons and future court date.
Mindy Kay Knupp age 26 of Luray, MO was arrested on June 30 at 19:26 at her residence for a warrant on passing bad checks x 3 by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Center and held until posting a $750 cash only bond. She was released and given a future court date.
Stephen Douglas McAndrew age 39 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on June 26 at 17:35 for 2nd degree property damage by the Kahoka Police Department. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was held and released on June 29, and given a future court date.
Anthony Nicastri age 41 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on June 20 at 13:50 for 3rd degree domestic assault by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was held on a 24 hour hold and released with a future court date.
Carroll Dean Peterson age 40 of Gorin, MO was arrested on June 16 at 17:00 for an outstanding warrant failure to appear on DWI persistent offender charges by the Clark County Sheriffs Office. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he remains in custody on a $250.00 cash only bond.
Casey Dwain Sturm age 22 of Williamstown, Mo was arrested on June 24 at 22:41 for 3rd degree assault and failing to register as a sex offender by the Kahoka Police Department. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was held on a 24 hour hold and released given a future court date.
