Task Force Investigations Lead To Drug Arrests
During a joint investigation the North Missouri Task Force, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Kahoka Police Department and the Clark County Sheriffs Office executed 3 separate search warrants in which 3 persons were arrested.
The following individuals were arrested and being held at the Clark County Detention Center. Christopher A. James, age 34 of Kahoka, Mo for Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia amphetamine/methamphetamine. He is being held on a $100,000 cash only bond.
Jerry L. Kinkeade, age 33 of Wayland Mo for manufacture/produce or attempt to manufacture more than 5 grams of marijuana or any controlled substance with a child or within 2000 feet of any school, college, or school bus,. Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia amphetamine/methamphetamine. He is being held on a $100,000 cash only bond.
Gene A Roberts, age 46 of Kahoka, MO for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Other charges and arrests are pending.
On a separate incident Richard Shawn Roost, age 39 of Keokuk, IA was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Clark County Sheriffs Office for Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia amphetamine/methamphetamine. He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
