Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 20, 2010 for the Kahoka Lions Clubs 21st annual country music show. Performing this year will be “Main Street Opry” from Osage, Missouri. The head liner comedian is Thorn Gumm, better known in the entertainment circles as Gabby Gumm. Thorn has been entertaining guests at the Lake of the Ozarks for over 30 years.
The Opry offers a wide variety of musical enjoyment as well as comedy that is sure to bring a laugh and a smile to people of all ages. Ths show consists of two hours of current and classic country,   gospel,   and patriotic songs as well as a trip through time with a medley of songs from the past.
The Opry is sure to provide you with a night of unsurpassed entertainment.   The cast of the Opry is one of the most versatile in the business. Come join us for a evening of unforgettable entertainment that the whole family will enjoy.
Mark the date (March 20) on your calendar and plan to welcome the first country music show of the Spring. Advance ticket price is $10.00 ($12.00 at the door) and pre school children are free. Advance tickets may be purchased at the Clark County Senior Center, Steve’s Family Dining and Cookies Cafe or any Lions Club member. Again this year CCR-1 Marching Indians will be serving a meal prior to the show and concessions during the show.
