Williamstown Man Arrested on Drug Charges

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the
arrest of Joseph D Spray age 26 of RR2

Box 172 Williamstown Mo on May 3, 2011. He was
arrested on the following charges:

Possession of Controlled Substance Over 35 Grams of
Marijuana Class C Felony

Distribution of Controlled Substance Class B
Felony

Manufacturing of Controlled Substance Class B
Felony

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Class A
Misdemeanor

Spray was arrested during the execution of a search
warrant at his residence. The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted in the
execution of the warrant.

Spray was transported to the Clark County Sheriff’s
Office where a warrant was issued for Possession of Controlled Substance except
35 Grams or Less of Marijuana. He was released on a $50,000 Personal
Recognizance Bond with further charges pending.
