Two Arrested In Meth Raid

     On January 10, 2014, at approximately 1030 hours, a Clark County, Missouri Search Warrant was executed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s S.W.A.T. and local officers of the Highway Patrol, and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, at Rural Route 1 Box 90, Alexandria, Missouri, which is physically located in St. Francisville, Missouri.During the search of the property, a Methamphetamine Lab, Manufacturing Components, approximately 100 grams of Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, Measuring Scales, Over $1400 and items used in the Distribution of Illegal Drugs were located and seized by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force.

Chad William Harris, age 42 and Susan Ann Johnson, age32 were arrested at the scene. Harris is being charged at this time with Felony Manufacture/Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Over 35 Grams of Marijuana), and Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Johnson is being charged at this time with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Over 35 Grams of Marijuana), and Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Both have been booked into the Clark County Detention Center and both are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I would like to thank the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the North Missouri Drug Task Force, the Missouri Department of Family Services and my officers for their professionalism and service to the community, in the execution of their duties.

I also want to thank the individuals, in the community, that stepped up with information that assisted in our investigation.
