New Information-Former Clerk Will Serve Jail Time, Pay Restitution

New information has been posted on Missouri Case.net concerning the sentencing of former Clark County Circuit Clerk Mary Jones.

According to Missouri Case.net, which updated at some point after we published our original story on Monday afternoon, Mary Jones was sentenced to two-years suspended sentence and supervised probation. In addition, Jones was order to pay restitution to Batterer’ Program of $955 and restitution to Clark County Circuit Court of $11,226.

She also will serve 8 days shock detention in the Clark County Jail.
