Former Clark Co. Deputy Arrested For Drunk Driving
For a second time this year, a former Clark County deputy sheriff has been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Brandon VanAusdall, 26, of Keokuk, was arrested on Thursday night, July 7, at 8:51pm. He was released after a 12 hour hold.
VanAusdall was charged with DWI earlier this year, following a one vehicle accident in February. He was fired from the Sheriff’s office at that time.
VanAusdall was also working as a bus driver for the Clark County R-1 school district. He was placed on paid administrative leave from the school following the February incident.
