Kahoka Man Arrested on Assault and Kidnapping Charges

On January 18, 2018, the Kahoka Police Department arrested David Edward Terry, of Kahoka, a 47-year-old white male, on the charges of”

1 count Assault 1st degree, a Class A Felony

1 count Kidnapping 2nd degree, a Class D Felony

Terry was arrested in Kahoka after attempting to hide from officers.  The Kahoka Police Department was assisted by the Clark County Sheriff’s Department.  Terry remains in the Clark County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 cash only bond.
