Kahoka Woman Arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance

Kahoka, Missouri – Thursday, June 6, 2019 – Clark County Sheriff’s Office Press Release – The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Lisa Ann Gregory, age 40 of Kahoka, Missouri. Gregory was arrested on one Class C felony for delivery of a controlled substance.

On June 5, 2019, at 1510 hours, members of the Clark County Sheriff Office initiated contact with Lisa Ann Gregory in Kahoka (Clark County) Missouri. Gregory was arrested and transported to the Clark County Detention Center at 3:10 p.m.

Gregory was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on a $50,000.00 cash only bond.

On Thursday, June 6, Gregory appeared before Clark County Associate Circuit Judge Rick Roberts. Judge Roberts reduced her bond and she was released from jail on her own recognizance.

This arrest follows an extensive investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
