Canton Woman Arrested On Felony Charges

On October 26, 2019, while on patrol, a Lewis County Sheriff’s Office deputy  encountered a suspicious vehicle parked on Highway B south of Canton, Missouri.  After making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Mariah E Baze, age 17, of Canton, Missouri was arrested on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana, a class E felony.

Miss Baze was lodged in the Lewis County Jail and was later released after posting a $10,000 bond.
