The Clark County R-1 School District is excited to announce the hiring of Dennis Dent as the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach. A Knox County native, Dent has served as the Varsity Boys Coach at Paris for the last three seasons. He will also serve the District as a Middle School Football Coach.
Additionally, Brennan Claas has been hired to serve as the District’s Strength and Conditioning Director and Defensive Coordinator. Brennan comes to Clark County after spending the past four years with Macon Schools. During his time with the Tigers he served on the varsity football staff, spending a season as the Varsity Defensive Coordinator. Coach Claas will also serve as a varsity basketball assistant.
Laura Plenge has been hired as the High School Business Teacher and FBLA Sponsor. Laura has served as an administrative assistant at the Indian Pride Learning Center the past two years.
