Clarence Stott

Clarence Stott, 90 of Kahoka died Thursday, December 29, 2022 at his home in Kahoka. 

     He was born May 4, 1932 in Memphis, MO the son of Lloyd Clarence and Evelyn Flaudia Orton Stott. 

     Clarence graduated from Clark County High School with the Class of 1951.  After high school he joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his county as an MP at the Air Force Base in Kansas City for ten years.

      He was a bus driver for Kansas City, Missouri City Bus for twenty years and retired in 1989.

     He enjoyed woodworking and coin dealing.

     He is survived by a son, Rick Gayman of Florida, two sisters, Nancy Adamson (Larry) of Kahoka and Rozella Younker (Gary) of Denver, CO and a sister-in-law, Judy Stott of Keokuk, along with many nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Roy and Pearl Orton, a sister, Louise Rockhold and two brothers, Ramo Stott and Danny Stott.

     Memorials may be made to the Prairie View Cemetery and may be mailed to the Vigen Memorial Home 278 W. Main St. Kahoka, MO 63445.

     According to his wishes there will be no services.

     The Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka is assisting the family with arrangements.
