Police Report
The Kahoka Police Office reports the following arrest:
Lori Ann Dunn, age 35 of Kahoka, Missouri at 3:42 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6. Dunn was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers at C & R Supermarket parking lot for Felony Operated Motor Vehicle without a Valid Drivers License 4th Offense and Resisting Arrest. Dunn was released on summons to appear in court on June 22 at 8:30 a.m.
Charles Andrew O’ Day age 43, of Wayland, Missouri at 7:58 a.m. on Thursday, June 7. O’ Day was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers at 809 West Maple Street in Kahoka, Missouri for Missouri Probation Violation. O’ Day was transported by Kahoka Police Officers to the Clark County Detention Facility, where he remains in custody on no bond warrant.
Travis Alan Ellison, age 32 of Kahoka, Missouri at 11:56 p.m. on Sunday, June 17. Ellison was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers at 329 Westwood Drive of Assault 3rd degree. Ellison was released on summons and is scheduled to appear in court on June 29 at 8:30 a.m.
Kody Zakariah Elliott McCluskey, age 19 of Luray, Missouri at 12:57 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20. McCluskey was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers at the intersection of North Cleveland Street and College Street for Driving while intoxicated 1st offense and person under 21 possessing intoxicating liquor. McCluskey was released on summons, to his parents and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12 at 8:30 a.m.
Harold Edwin Anderson, age 40 of Kahoka, Missouri at 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26. Anderson was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers on North Johnson Street for Driving while intoxicated 1st offense and no tail lights. Anderson was released after 8 hours detoxification and is scheduled to appear in court on July 13 at 8:30 a.m.
Benjamin Joseph Coop age 24, of Kahoka, Missouri at 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27. Coop was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers at 1140 West Main Street Apt. 4 for Assault 2nd degree. Coop was transported by Kahoka Police Officers to the Clark County Detention Facility, where he remains in custody on a $10,000 cash only bond.
Jeffery J. Rapagile age 59 of Kahoka, MO, at 12:37 p.m. on Thursday, June 28. Rapagila was arrested by Kahoka Police Officers on Morgan Street for Domestic assault 3rd degree. Rapagila was transported by Kahoka Police Officers to the Clark County Detention Facility, where he remains in custody.
