Kahoka Waterline Project 2008 Underway

PROJECT UNDERWAY–The 2008 portion of Kahoka’s waterline replacement project broke ground Monday, and city crews and contractor began digging and laying new line next to the Hiller Building on Court Street. The 2008 waterline project will include about 16 blocks running from Court Street from Johnson to Ackland, Jefferson Street from Court to Maple, and Maple Street from Johnson to Jefferson, or about a 25 percent increase from the 2007 portion of the project.
