would like to thank all the tips from the community that have led to several
arrest in the past few months. I would
appreciate if anyone has any information on the recent arsons that have taken
place in the Revere area or any information on the burglaries that have taken
place recently please contact the Sheriffs’ Office at 660-727-2915.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following
arrests for the week of March 8 -19, 2009.
Ryan Daniel Clark age 32 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on March
19, 2009 in Wyaconda on an outstanding warrant for driving without a valid
license. Clark was arrested by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and is being
held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $1000 cash only bond and given a
future court date.
Charles J Cooper age 65 of Alexandria, Mo was arrested on March 15, 2009 in Alexandria for
DWI. Cooper was arrested by the Clark
County Sheriff’s Office and was released after an 8 hour detox and given a
future court date.
Allen Robert Hoy, age 21 of Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on
March 19, 2009 in Wyaconda for domestic assault 3rd degree. Hoy was
arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and was held at the Clark County
Detention Facility on a 24 hour investigative hold. He was released and given a future court date.
Andrea Denise Morris, age 38 of Springfield, Mo was arrested
on March 17, 2009 in Springfield, Mo for an outstanding warrant for possession
of a controlled substance. Morris was picked up at the Springfield Police
Department and is being held at the Clark County Sheriff’s office without a
bond.
Brett Alan Morss, age 44 of Farmington, IA was arrested on
March 17, 2009 on Hwy 81 N of Rt V for Driving a motor vehicle without a valid
license. Morss was arrested by the
Missouri State Highway Patrol and was released after posting a cash only bond
and given a future court date.
Craig William Ott, age 25 of Williamstown, Mo was arrested
on March 7, 2009 in Wyaconda, MO for Driving a motor vehicle without a valid
license. Ott was arrested by the Clark
County Sheriff’s office and was released after posting a cash only bond and
given a future court date.
Jonette Marie Ott, 28 of Wyaconda, Mo was arrested on March
17, 2009 in the Clark County Detention facility for an outstanding warrant in
Adair County for probation violation.
Ott was arrested by the Kahoka Police Department and is being held at
the Clark county Detention Facility for extradition to Adair County.
Tarl Clifton Ridens, age 22 of Kahoka, Mo was arrested on
March 6, 2009 in Kahoka for Driving while revoked. Ridens was arrested by the Kahoka Police Department and was
released after posting a cash only bond and given a future court date.
Tanisha N Rutherford, age 19 of Peoria, IL was arrested on March 15, 2009 on hwy 61 near
Alexandria Mo for Driving a motor vehicle without a valid license. Rutherford was arrested by the Missouri State
Highway Patrol and was released after posting a cash only bond and given a
future court date.
Jeremy Raymond Sackman, age 19 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on
March 16, 2009 on hwy 61 near Alexandria, MO for possession of Marijuana and
drug paraphernalia. Sackman was
arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and was released after a 24 hour
investigative hold and given a future court date.
Scott Anthony Smeltser, age 35 of Alexandria, Mo was
arrested on March 6, 2009 in Kahoka for an outstanding warrant on DWI
charges. Smeltser was arrested by the
Kahoka Police Department and was released after posting a cash bond and given a
future court date.
