Drug Arrest Made In Wayland
On September 10, 2009 at approximately 8:17PM Scott J. Ash, Date of Birth October 25, 1964, of Wayland, Missouri was arrested and is being charged for producing or attempting to produce a controlled substance – marijuana and for possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine.
During a joint investigation, conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, North Missouri Drug Task Force, and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, marijuana plants were discovered growing near Wayland, Missouri and were seized.
As the investigation progressed, these agencies searched Mr. Ash’s residence, at 110 Avondale Street, in Wayland, Missouri, where a controlled substance – methamphetamine was discovered, along with items linked to the marijuana grow.
Scott Ash is being held at the Clark County Detention Center, where his bond is set at $50,000 Cash Only, awaiting arraignment.
