Kahoka Police Department Makes Arrest

   The Kahoka Police
Department reports the arrest of Michael Anthony Banes, age 20, of Kahoka, MO,
on October 8, at 10:09 pm.

   Banes was arrested
in connection with the numerous thefts that occurred in Kahoka during the last
60 days. Banes is on a 24 hour hold in the Clark county Jail on five counts of
stealing. An arrest warrant is applied for.

   Assisting in this arrest and investigation
was the Clark County Sheriff Department. Other arrests are pending.
