Clark County Sheriff’s Report

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for weekending September 10, 2009.

Micheal Anthony Banes age 20 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on October 8 @ 22:09 for stealing from a motor vehicle and tampering 1st degree by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he remains in custody on a $50,000 cash only bond.   

Chad Laverne Brown age 32 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 29 @ 14:50 for marijuana possession under 35 grams and drug paraphernalia by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released and given a future court date.

Gary Duane Brown age 61 of Luray, MO was arrested on September 21 @ 21:27 for marijuana possession under 35 grams and drug paraphernalia by a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released and given a future court date.  

Susan Joan Conger age 47 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 26 @ 02:31 for driving while intoxicated by Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where she was released and given a future court date.

Dustin Allen Drebenstedt age 21 of Taylor, MO was arrested on September 20 @ 10:15 for 2nd degree property damage by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released and given a future court date.

Tamara Nicole McMann age 21 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 28 @ 16:56 on an outstanding warrant for littering by a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where she posted cash bond and was released pending a later court date.

Maria Denise Perry age 35 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 20 @ 17:39 for a city ordinance violation by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. She was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where she posted cash bond and was released pending a later court date.

Wayne Edward Purchase age 41 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 20 @ 00:02 for an ordinance violation by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released on personal recognizance pending a later court date.

Eric Kyle Schlatter age 29 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 20 @ 18:13 for a city ordinance violation by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he posted cash bond and was released pending a later court date.
Jeffery Alan Shotts age 27 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 28 @ 16:03 for 2nd degree trespass by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he posted cash bond and was released pending a later court date.

Kevin Lynn Tripp age 23 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on September 26 @ 22:20 for marijuana possession 35 grams or less, drug paraphernalia, an outstanding warrant, failed to stop for stop, operating motor vehicle without license, driving while intoxicated, and careless and imprudent by a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released on personal recognizance pending a later court date.

Dustin James Walljasper age 17 of Donnellson, IA was arrested on September 20 @ 02:08 for visibly intoxicated minor by a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released pending a later court date.

Andrew Lee Washburn age 24 of Wayland, MO was arrested on October 1 @ 12:27 for 3rd degree domestic assault by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was transferred to Department of corrections.

Robert Edward Williams age 27 of Keokuk, IA was arrested on September 26 @ 22:10 for marijuana possession 35 grams or less, drug paraphernalia, and stealing for less than $500 by a Missouri State Highway Patrol officer. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he posted cash bond and was released pending a later court date.

ex Allen Wright age 44 of Argyle, IA was arrested on September 30 @ 21:46 for marijuana possession 35 grams or less and drug paraphernalia by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released pending a later court date.

Joaquin Nicoles Zavala age 19 of Kahoka, MO was arrested on September 24 @ 22:33 for marijuana possession 35 grams or less and drugs paraphernalia by a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was transported to the Clark County Detention Facility where he was released pending a later court date.
