Five Sentenced To Missouri Department of Corrections

Five area residents were committed to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections during the March 1 Clark County Law Day, according to information provided by Clark County Prosecuting Attorney John Moon.
Michael Eastman of Keokuk, Iowa was sentenced to the Department of Corrections from Clark County, Missouri, on the 3rd day of April, 2007, for a term of 5 years for the crime of possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony. The Court suspended execution of the sentence and placed Defendant on 5 years supervised probation. On the 1st day of March, 2011, the Defendant’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the sentence previously imposed.
Tina Gail Musgrove of Burlington, Iowa was sentenced to the Department of Corrections from Clark County, Missouri, on the 1st day of March, 2011, for a term of 3 years, for the crime of driving while intoxicated, a class D felony. The Court shall retain jurisdiction under Section 559.115, RSMo., and will reconsider the defendant for probation in 120 days.
Adam Christopher Tucker was sentenced to the Department of Corrections from Clark County, Missouri, on the 1st day of March, 2011, for a term of 10 years for the crime of tampering in the first degree, a class C felony. The sentence was ordered to run consecutively with a sentence previously imposed in Dallas County, Missouri.

Spurgeon was sentenced to the Department of Corrections from Clark County, Missouri, on the 2nd day of September, 2008, for a term of 5 years for the crime of possession of a controlled substance – Adderall, a class C felony. The Court suspended execution of the sentence and placed Defendant on 5 years supervised probation. On the 1st day of March, 2011, the Defendant’s probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the sentence previously imposed.
