Kahoka Council Approves Liquor Licences
From Meeting Minutes
The Board of Aldermen met in special session at 6:00 pm on June 18, 2012 in the meeting room at City Hall, 250 North Morgan Kahoka Missouri. Mayor Wayne Blum called the meeting to order and roll call was answered by: Mayor Wayne J Blum and Aldermen: Larry Young, Jerry D. Webber, Curtis Mack and Jeff Wood. Also present was City Collector Lori Hogan and Sandie Hopp City Clerk.
Alderman Wood made a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Section 610.021, 1&3 RSMO, Supplement 1994, seconded by Alderman Webber. In closed session personnel issues where discussed.
Alderman Wood made a motion to go out of closed and into open session, Alderman Webber seconded.
Liquor License: Mayor Blum presented liquor licenses applications as follows:
Moose Lodge-by the drink Monday thru Saturday $450.00
Moose Lodge-by the drink Sunday only $300.00
C&R Market-package liquor Monday thru Saturday $150.00
C&R Market-package liquor Sunday only $300.00
C&R Market-tasting permit $37.50
Ayers Oil Co-package liquor Monday thru Saturday $150.00
Ayers Oil Co-package liquor Sunday only $300.00
Cruiser’s-by the drink Monday thru Saturday $450.00
Casey’s General Store-package liquor Monday thru Saturday $150.00
Casey’s General Store- package liquor Sunday only $300.00
Duer Oil Co-package liquor Monday thru Saturday $150.00

Alderman Wood made a motion to approve the Liquor License Applications, Alderman Webber seconded. Motion passed with Aldermen: Mack, Wood and Webber voting Aye and Alderman Young abstaining.
Building Permits: Through general consent the Board agreed to amend the Building permit to read any change of a roof line or adding onto a home or any additional structure added to the property will require a building permit.
Alderman Mack made a motion to adjourn, Alderman Webber seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
