Clark County Sheriff’s Report

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Rico Davis age 33 of St. Louis MO was arrested on April 6, 2014 at 8:40 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Operated Vehicle On Hwy Without Valid License – 3rd Offense. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Kevin White age 56 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 9, 2014 at 9:55 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Operating Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility and Failed to Register Motor Vehicle. He posted a $150 cash bond and was issued a new court date.

Charles Cannon age 46 of Luxora, AR was arrested on April 12, 2014 at 1:49 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Operate Motor Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License-1st Offense and Exceeded Posted Speed Limit By 26 Mph Or More. He posted a $260 cash bond and was issued a later court date.

Darci Davidson age 28 of Kahoka MO was arrested on March 30, 2014 at 4:48 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Suspended and Failure of Proof of Insurance. She was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Gabriel Martin age 20 of Keokuk IA was arrested on April 1, 2014 at 3:44 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Suspended. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Levi March age 18 of Luray MO was arrested on April 1, 2014 at 11:56 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Fail To Yield To Emergency Vehicle Sounding Siren And Displaying Red/Blue Light, Failed To Drive On Right Half of Roadway When Roadway Was Of Sufficient Width, Minor Visibly Intoxicated Alcohol-1st Offense, Purchase/Attempt Purchase or Possession of Liquor By Minor-1st Offense, Driver/Front Seat Passenger Failed To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 26 Mph or More), Warrant was issued for $35,000 cash only.

Dylan English age 19 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 2, 2014 at 12:02 am by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Minor Visibly Intoxicated Alcohol-1st Offense. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Abram McDaniel age 23 of Ottumwa IA was arrested on April 4, 2014 at 6:09 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Driving With No Valid License and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Thomas Shinn age 20 of Revere MO was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 12:37 am by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held for 24 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Verle Gutting age 52 of Wayland MO was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 3:08 am by the Clark County Sheriff Office for Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of up to 35 Grams of Marijuana. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Trever Hurt age 21 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 10:22 am by the Kahoka Police Department for Stealing. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Cody Protsman age 26 of Alexandria MO was arrested on April 5, 2014 at 10:41 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Operating Vehicle on Highway Without Valid License and a Warrant out of another county. He posted a $500 cash bong for the warrant and was released on summons to appear at a later court date on other charge.

Charles Cunningham age 23 of Iowa City IA was arrested on April 13, 2014 at 5:47 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Speeding and a Warrant out of another county. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date on our charges and posted a cash bond for the out of county Warrant.

Erica Sturm age 22 of Wayland MO was arrested on April 14, 2014 at 11:24 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for DWI-Alcohol. She posted a $500 cash bond and was issued a later court date.

Scott Fox age 39 of Canton MO was arrested on April 15, 2014 at 5:09 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Operating A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner, Involving An Accident. He posted a $100 cash bond and release with a new court date.

Dammon Bunker age 21 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 15, 2014 at 8:15 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Assault-3rd Degree. He was help for 24 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Douglas Jones age 20 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 15, 2014 at 8:36 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Assault-3rd Degree. He was help for 24 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.

 

Thomas Heimer age 19 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 17, 2014 at 5:05 pm by the Clark County Sheriff Office on a Warrant for Possession of Up to 35 Grams of Marijuana. He is being held on a $400 cash only bond.

Timothy Fuller age 38 of Keokuk IA was arrested on April 17, 2014 at 7:40 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Operating a Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License-3r or Subsequent Offense. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Deloris Darnell age 27 of Davenport IA was arrested on April 18, 2014 at 5:59 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Operating a Motor Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License-1st or 2nd Offense and Speeding. She posted a $500 cash only bond and was released with a later court date.
