Clark County Sheriff’s Report 4-29
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
Ashley Baker age 24 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 22, 2014 at 8:56 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Operating Vehicle on Highway Without Valid License-1st or 2nd Offense. She was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Steven Smeltser age 52 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 22, 2014 at 7:15 pm by the Kahoka Police Department for Trespassing-1st Degree and Property Damage. He was held for 12 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Brian Adams age 23 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 24, 2014 at 11:07 am by the Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for Assault-3rd Degree. He is being held on No Bond.
Emily Benedict age 28 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 25, 2014 at 10:07 pm by the Kahoka Police Department for Property Damage. She was held for 12 hours and then released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Gavin Hanna age 17 of Memphis MO was arrested on April 26, 2014 at 1:52 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Minor Visibly Intoxicated. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
Michael Paben age 46 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 26, 2014 at 7:03 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for DWI-1st and Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (exceeded by 20 mph or more). He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
