Clark County Sheriff’s Report 5-8

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Joshua Burgess age 26 of Luray MO was arrested on April 26, 2014 at 10:27 am by Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for No Seatbelt. He posted a $50 cash bond and was issued a new court date.

Javon Payton age 35 of Cedar Rapids IA was arrested on April 27, 2014 at 4:08 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for  Possession of a Controlled Substance in a County Jail, Drinking Alcoholic Beverage While Operating Moving Vehicle Upon Highway, Failed to Comply with Court Order Requiring the Use of An Ignition Interlock Device, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded by 6-10 mph), Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of marijuana, Operated Vehicle On Highway Without Valid License-3rd and Subsequent Offense, DWI-Alcohol-Chronic Offender and Tampering With a Motor Vehicle-1st Offense. He is currently being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

Jesse Boyd age 24 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 27, 2014 at 1:18 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for No Seatbelt, No Valid License-1st Offense and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

John Thorn age 32 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 27, 2013 at 10:41 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Attempt to Manufacture Meth. He is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

Wendy Thorn age 45 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 27, 2013 at 10:43 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Attempt to Manufacture Meth. She is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

Benjamen Coop age 31 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 28, 2014 at 10:14 am by the Kahoka Police Department for Domestic Assault. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Mary Paul age 47 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 28, 2014 at 10:35 am by the Kahoka Police Department for Assault-3rd Degree. She was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Jonas McDaniel age 28 of Stockport IA was arrested on April 29, 2014 at 12:35 pm by the Clark County Sheriff Office on a Warrant for DWI-Alcohol-Persistent, Possession of Up To 35 Grams of Marijuana, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Fail to Drive On Right Half of Roadway When Roadway Was of Sufficient Width. He was held on a $35,000 cash only bond.

Cody Avery age 20 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 29, 2014 at 10:27 pm by the Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for Two counts of Pursuing/Taking/Killed/Possessed Or Disposed Of Wildlife Illegally. He posted a cash bond of $50 and was issued a new court date.

Quintin Johnson age 23 of Kahoka MO was arrested on April 30, 2014 at 4:15 pm by the Kahoka Police Department for Driving While Suspended or Revoked-1st Offense. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Ryan Schevers age 38 of Kahoka MO was arrested on May 2, 2014 at 11:08 am by the Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for Disturbing/Delivery/Manufacture/Produce or Attempt to a Controlled Substance. He is being held on a $50,000 ash only bond.

Lori Bell age 43 of Keokuk IA was arrested on May 2, 2014 at 6:15 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Driving While Suspended and on a Warrant for No Valid License-1st or 2nd Offense. She posted a $500 cash bond and issued a later court date on the warrant and then released on summons with a later court date.

Hassan Ullah age 35 of Alexandria MO was arrested on May 2, 2014 at 11:28 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Up to 35 Grams of Marijuana. He was released on summons to appear at a later date.

Benjamin Skiles age 36 of Alexandria MO was arrested May 3, 2014 at 3:19 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s office for Failed Proceed W/Caution/Yield Right of Way/Reduce Speed When Approach Stationary Emergency Vehicle Displaying Red/Blue Lights, Failed to Display Plates on Motor Vehicle and Operated Vehicle on Highway Without Valid License-1st or 2nd Offense.

Darrell Reidner age 51 of Carthage IL was arrested on May 3, 2014 at 3:35 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for DWI-Alcohol-Prior Offender and Failed to Drive on Right Half of Roadway When Roadway Was of Sufficient Width. He was held for 12 hours and the released on summons to appear at a later court date.
