Multi Agency Clark County Drug Busts, Drugs Seized, 9 Arrests

On December 4th, 2015, at approximately 8 o’clock pm, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by North Missouri Drug Task Force, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Kahoka Police Department, executed three search warrants throughout Clark County, within minutes of each other and seized illegal drugs and made several arrests.
First location, 160 Walnut Street, Kahoka, Clark County, Missouri,
Deanna L. Blentlinger, age 45, of the same address, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Up To 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana – Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. Blentlinger is being held on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond in the Clark County Detention Center.
David L. Davis, age 38, of 160 Walnut Street, Kahoka, Missouri, was also present and was arrested on an active Felony Probation/Parole Warrant, for the State of Missouri, with No Bond and an outstanding Clark County Misdemeanor Warrant. Davis is being held in the Clark County Detention Center, awaiting court appearance.
Second location, at RR2 Box 72, Williamstown, Clark County, Missouri, Seven (7) were arrested when we located illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia, throughout the residence, during our search.
Joseph D. Spray, age 30, of this same address, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance- Class C Felony, and Possession of Controlled Substance Up To 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana – Class A Misdemeanor. Spray has since been released on Bond and is awaiting a court appearance.
Cloyd J. Page, age 21, of the same address, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Up to 35 Grams or less of Marijuana – Class A Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. Page is being held in the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond awaiting appearance in court.
Dylan J. McGhghy, age 22, of the same address, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. McGhghy is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond awaiting appearance in court.
Galen D. Kirchner, age 23, of the same address, was arrested for 2 different counts of Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. Kirchner has since been released on Bond and is awaiting a court appearance.
Jordan M. Wright, age 22, of Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. Wright is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond awaiting appearance in court.
Zachary M. Cosgrove, age 20, of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Cosgrove is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond awaiting appearance in court.
Kristen A. McClain, age 20, of Keokuk, Lee County, Iowa, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance – Class C Felony and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Class A Misdemeanor. McClain is being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 Cash Only Bond awaiting appearance in court.
Third and Last Location, at 221 West Jefferson Street, Wyaconda, Clark County, Missouri,
Two were arrested and released on citations to appear at a later date, on Possession of Controlled Substance – Class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – also Class A Misdemeanor, which was a result of what was found in the residence, during our search. Cited and released were, Patrick N. Stewart, age 46, of the same address and Jason L. Perry, age 42, of 856 West Exchange Street, Kahoka, Clark County, Missouri.
