Alleged Rape Suspect Arrested
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Adam Christopher Tucker, age 33 of Wyaconda, Missouri. On June 26, 2018, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office applied for and was granted an arrest warrant for Adam Christopher Tucker. The arrest warrant was issued by the 1stJudicial Circuit Court of Clark County Missouri. Listed on the arrest warrant are 5 felonies; Rape or attempted rape 1stdegree–aggravated sexual offense an unclassified felony, Sodomy or attempted sodomy 1st degree–aggravated sexual offense an unclassified felony, Armed criminal action an unclassified felony, Unlawful use of weapon E felony, and Tampering with a motor vehicle D felony.
On the evening of Tuesday July 17, 2018 the Hamilton Illinois Police Department assisted by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, located and arrested Adam Christopher Tucker, He was arrested without incident during a traffic stop at approximately 10 p.m.
Tucker was transported to the Hancock County Detention Center and later waived extradition. On July 18, 2018 Tucker was transported to the Clark County Detention by Clark County Deputies and is being held on a $100,000.00 cash only bond. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
