The alleged charges are: rape or attempted rape first degree an unclassified felony; sodomy or attempted sodomy 1stdegree; an unclassified felony, Armed criminal action an unclassified felony; unlawful use of weapon an E felony; tampering with a motor vehicle 1stdegree a D felony; burglary 2nddegree a D felony; and stealing more than $750.00 in value a D felony.
