Stolen Tractor Recovered, Arrest Made In Clark County

On February 12, 2019 the Clark County Sheriff’s Office recovered a stolen tractor which had been reported stolen from a residence in Clark County Missouri on December 11, 2018.

On February 12, 2019 at 1:50 p.m. Kelsey R Yates, age 27, of Kahoka Missouri, was placed on a 24 hour investigative hold with charges pending.

On February 14, 2019, a felony arrest warrant was issued by the 1st Judicial Circuit Court of Clark County Missouri and served on Kelsey Yates at the Clark County Detention Center.  Yates is charged with stealing $25,000 or more C felony and possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine D felony.

Kelsey Yates is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond.  All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
