Members of the Clark County A&M Fair Board recently met to discuss the effects of the Coronavirus/COVID -19 on the 2020 Clark County Fair. It was decided to move forward with all events as scheduled unless we are notified by the state that it must be canceled.
We have contacted Conner Family Amusements, Inc (our carnival), and they are still planning to come from July 29 through August 1.
Other planned events are:
Wednesday, July 29: Free Gate-6:00pm, Washer Tournament
Thursday, July 30: 6:00pm, Donkey Races and Donkey Sort
Friday, July 31: 5:30pm, Sanctioned Pedal Tractor Pull, 7:00pm Truck & Tractor Pull
Saturday, August 1: 10:00am, Farm and Antique Tractor Pull, 7:00pm, Demolition Derby
Sunday, August 2, 12:30pm, Harness Racing
We do not have any information on 4-H events at this time.Clark
Due to the uncertainty around us, we have been reluctant to solicit funding for the fair as we normally do. However, now that we have made the decision to move forward, and if you would like to contribute to the success of your fair, please leave your donation with Arnold Accounting a 244 W Main, Kahoka, or contact Marvis Trump at 660-341-5650 or Karl Hamner at 660-341-3965
