The Clark County Lady Indians fell behind the visiting Monroe City Lady Panthers early on Friday, and were never able to catch up.
Monroe City outscored Clark County 20-12 in the opening period, and held a 33-24 lead at the half.
A 23-point third quarter for Monroe City put the game out of reach, as the Lady Panthers sailed to a 70-42 win.
Alexis Ellison led the Lady Indians with 14 points. Brooklyn Howe was also in double figures, scoring 13 points. Kiara Brunk added five, and Bre Chamley scored four points. Elly Hamner netted three points, and Darian Harper had two. Hope Ross picked up one at the line to round out Clark County’s scoring.
