Gorin Woman Charged After Child’s Death

A Gorin woman was arrested Friday, February 5, on a warrant for Abuse or Neglect of a Child-Resulting in Death. The charge is a Class A felony.
According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and court documents, Annie Small, 39, of rural Gorin was arrested and is being held in the Clark County jail on $100,000 cash only bond.
The death occurred in Wyaconda sometime in the early hours of January 1, 2021. At the time, of the incident, Small lived in Wyaconda.
The complaint was filed by Clark County Prosecutor April Wilson, and Associate Circuit Judge Holly Conger-Koenig approved the arrest warrant.
According to Missouri Case.net, Small was scheduled for an initial arraignment on Monday, February 8.
