“We are adding on to the north side of the building to allow for much needed additional space in the kitchen. This will allow us to keep more of our food products in that space as opposed to running back and forth to the back. It will also allow us to remodel the restrooms which is long over due. The last piece of the project is adding a beer cave in the rear of the store and expanding the depth of the cooler to allow for more storage inside the cooler which will help with stocking and temperature control,” said Brad Ayer.
