The Shrine of St. Patrick Cemetery received a generous donation from the Lewis County REC Cares Foundation this week.
Judy Smith and Linda Rutledge, representing the Cares Foundation, presented the $2,000.00 check to Cemetery Board members John Brennan and Howard Kirchner. This was a fantastic start to the second phase of the Capital Campaign. The Cares Foundation raises their money through the “round-up” program at Lewis County REC. If you do not participate in the round-up program I would hope that you begin now as the Cares Foundation is very generous to several good causes in the area.
