Humes Wins Reelection As Clark County Commissioner
Nearly two-thirds of all registered voters in Clark County made their voices heard in the Tuesday, November 5 election. A total of 3362 of Clark County’s registered cast their ballots in the election.
Locally, only one race was contested-the Western District Commissioner. Incumbent Republican Joe Humes garnered over 62% of the votes cast, a total of 1198, to top former commissioner Paul Brotheron (D), who got 377 votes, and Independent Rusty Smith, who received 354 votes.
