The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Ashley N. May age 31 of Alexandria MO was arrested on December 9, 2024 at 8:23pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Driving While Intoxicated. Ashley was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Michael A. Smeltser age 31 of Kahoka MO was arrested on December 9, 2024 at 11:47am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Arson – 1st Degree and Endangering The Welfare Of A Child Creating Substantial Risk – 1st Degree 1st Offense – No Sexual Conduct. Michael is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

Timothy M. Loucks age 41 of Cutter IL was arrested on December 12, 2024 at 8:16pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s office on a Warrant for Harassment – 2nd Degree, Operate Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License, Harassment – 2nd Degree and Stealing – Value Less Than $150 And No Prior Stealing Offense. Timothy is being held on a $360 cash only bond.

Eric J. Rahn age 44 of Hamilton IL was arrested on December 13, 2024 at 9:39am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Burglary – 2nd Degree and Stealing – $750 Or More. Eric is being held on $50,000 cash only bond.

Randall A. Alex age 63 of Rutledge MO was arrested on December 13, 2024 at 5:33pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Tampering With Motor Vehicle – 2nd Degree, Property Damage – 2nd Degree and Trespassing – 1st Degree. Randall was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Angelique L. Powers age 24 of Aurora IL was arrested on December 13, 2024 at 10:54pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for DWI – Alcohol and Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded by 11-15 mph). Angelique was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Nicholas D. Hooper age 42 of Wyaconda MO was arrested on December 15, 2024 at 2:18pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Fail To Register As A Sex Offender. Nicholas was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Brandon W. Salyers age 40 of Keokuk IA was arrested on December 18, 2024 at 6:56pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Non-Support – Total Appears In Excess Of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order Of Support. Brandon was released on personal recognizance to appear at a later court date.

Mitchell D. Orton age 54 of Gorin MO was arrested on December 20, 2024 at 10:16am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Alleged Violations Of The Conditions Of Probation. Mitchell is being held on no bond.
