The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Nicholas D. Hooper, 42, of Wyaconda, Missouri, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. Feb. 20, 2025, by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for non-support — total appears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support. Hooper posted a $250 cash bond and was released on a summons to appear at a later court date.
