The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
James L. Holmes, 49, of Wayland, Missouri, was arrested at 5:05 p.m. March 23, 2025, by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for third-degree domestic assault. He was released on personal recognizance to appear at a later court date.
Scott G. Starks, 49, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. March 24, 2025, by the Kahoka Police Department on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, second-degree drug trafficking, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – prior drug offense. He is being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
Daniel A. Matous, 42, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. March 26, 2025, by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a capias warrant for first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest, detention or stop by fleeing and creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to another person. He is being held without bond.
Anthony R. Miller, 40, of Arbela, Missouri, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. March 26, 2025, by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a failure-to-appear warrant for operating a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and operating a motor vehicle with vision-reducing material applied to the windshield or excessive vision-reducing material applied to a side window. He posted a $360 cash bond and was released to appear at a later court date.
