The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:
Trinity H. Banes, 48, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 3 at 1:55 p.m. by the Kahoka Police Department on charges of driving while suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. Banes was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Jacob A. Mack, 35, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was arrested May 11 at 12:09 a.m. by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure of driver or front-seat passenger to wear a properly adjusted and fastened safety belt. Mack was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Corra M. Burgess, 24, of Keokuk, Iowa, was arrested May 11 at 8:29 p.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to display plates on a motor vehicle or trailer. Burgess posted a $360 cash-only bond and was assigned a later court date.
William A. Smith, 48, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 11 at 9:54 p.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for fourth-degree domestic assault (first or second offense). Smith is being held on a $2,500 cash-only bond.
Christopher S. Hamlin, 41, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 12 at 9:55 a.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for third-degree domestic assault and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk (first offense, no sexual conduct). Hamlin posted a $25,000 cash-only bond and was assigned a later court date.
Victoria K.B. Hobbs, 24, of Perryville, Arkansas, was arrested May 12 at 5:11 p.m. by the Kahoka Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Hobbs posted a $360 cash bond and was assigned a later court date.
Adam L. Hudson, 39, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 13 at 9:44 a.m. by the Kahoka Police Department on a warrant for first-offense driving while suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. Hudson is being held on a $15,000 cash-only bond, along with another warrant from a different county or state.
Dennette A. Lally, 45, of Keokuk, Iowa, was arrested May 13 at 10:34 a.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on two capias warrants. Lally is being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond.
Brandi K. Saltzman, 32, of Wyaconda, Missouri, was arrested May 14 at 10:29 p.m. by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on a warrant for first-degree assault or attempted assault (serious physical injury or special victim), second-degree property damage, and fourth-degree assault involving a special victim. Saltzman is being held on a cash-only bond.
Gerald L. Wilson, 49, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 15 at 12:05 p.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for exceeding the posted speed limit by 11 to 15 mph. Wilson posted a $360 cash bond and was assigned a later court date.
Christopher A. Haller, 34, of Revere, Missouri, was arrested May 15 at 4:18 p.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle or trailer annually with the director of revenue, driving while suspended, and possession of a controlled substance. Haller is being held on a cash bond.
Troy A. Edmiston, 36, of Wayland, Missouri, was arrested May 16 at 9:04 a.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license. Edmiston was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Denver W. Purchase, 27, of Wyaconda, Missouri, was arrested May 16 at 2:34 p.m. by the Kahoka Police Department on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked. Purchase was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Clarissa L. Lemire, 33, of Milan, Missouri, was arrested May 17 at 10:50 a.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Lemire was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
Andrew L. Bowden, 30, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested May 17 at 11:34 a.m. by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bowden was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
