The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Jesse G. Bass, 50, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. June 4, 2025, for disorderly conduct. He was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.

Amy L. Norton, 46, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. June 4, 2025, by the Kahoka Police Department for disorderly conduct. She was released on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
