Congratulations to Kaitlyn Woods, the August Spirit of SCH winner at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis. Kaitlyn has worked in the Environmental Services Department since December 2024. Here is what her nominator said about her, “I would like to nominate Kaitlyn for her dedication and hard work in maintaining a clean environment for our patients. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, always being accessible and eager to lend a helping hand whenever needed. She is prompt and genuinely cares about patient comfort, while performing her duties. Kaitlyn’s positive attitude & commitment makes her a vital asset to our team. She is kind, helpful and quick at what she does. She goes out of her way to fix issues. She takes responsibility for the quality of work she performs for the organization.” Prior to working at SCH, she worked at Milton Creamery. She is a native of Luray and she graduated from Clark County High School in 2019. She now lives in Memphis with her husband, Matthew, and their two dogs.
