Meet with Local Residents in Kahoka
Republican candidates seeking election to state and federal offices met with local residents during the “Meet the Republican Candidates” event held Thursday, May 28 at the Clark County Senior Center in Kahoka.
Candidates for Missouri State Senate District 18, Missouri State Representative and Missouri’s 6th Congressional District each spoke for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, introducing themselves to those in attendance. Candidates spoke about their backgrounds, priorities and goals if elected before answering questions from members of the audience during a public Q&A session.
First to speak was Jim Ingram, candidate for U.S. Congress in Missouri’s 6th District. Nathanael Schultz, also a candidate for U.S. Congress in Missouri’s 6th District, spoke second.
Candidates for Missouri State Senate District 18 also addressed the crowd. First was Dusty Blue, followed by Greg Sharpe, current Missouri State Representative for District 4.
The final speaker of the evening was Keith Gudehus, candidate for State Representative.
