Matthew G. Clark IV, 40, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 22, 2025, by the Kahoka Police Department on a warrant for two counts of passing bad checks and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held on a $400 cash-only bond.
Anthony L. Gilman, 46, of Kahoka, Missouri, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Aug. 22, 2025, by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for tampering with a utility meter – second degree. He is being held on a $1,800 cash-only bond.
