Andra L. Mercer, “GrannieAnni”, 78, of Baileyton, passed away at UT Medical Center on March 1, 2020.  She was a member of Van Hill Church and Millers Chapel Church.  GrannieAnni was a Social Butterfly of Baileyton.

Andra was born October 25, 1941, in Revere, Missouri.

She is survived by one daughter: Terri & Danny Smith; grandchildren: Amber Carter, Paula Reaves (Eric), Jamie Powell, and Monica Wills; great- grandchildren: Logan, Haven, and Lindsey Carter, Clayton , Clinton and Colton Reaves, Lilly, AJ Powell, and Devin Wills; sister: Reta Walker (Ben); 2 brothers: Alan Beaird (Barb) and Gary Mercer.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond & Marie Mercer and Pauline Beaird; son: Billy Mercer; brothers and sisters: Frances Shephard, Carl Mercer, Tim Beaird, Burl Beaird; grandson-in-law: Jeffrey Carter; special friend: Dale Wakefield.

The family received friends on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 5-7pm at Jeffers Funeral Services Downtown.  The funeral followed at 7pm with the Rev. Robert Cooper officiating.
