EDWARD “ED” WOLLAM
Edward “Ed” Wollam, 67, of Kahoka, MO died Monday, February 22, 2021 at his home in Kahoka, MO.
He was born September 27, 1953 in Keokuk, IA the son of Arthur Eugene and Deloris Riffle Wollam.
Ed graduated from Clark County High R-1 School with the Class of 1971.
Ed had been employed by Sheller Globe/Henniges in Keokuk for thirty-seven years.
He was a past president and board member of C.A.R.E. Inc. Skating Rink in Kahoka for many years.
Ed enjoyed antiquing and attending auctions.
He was very resourceful and loved tinkering around the house, repairing lawn mowers and cars.
He is survived by five sons, Wesley Wollam (Brandy) of Cameron, MO, Wayne Wollam (April) of Winston, MO, Allen Wollam of Cameron, MO, Nathan Wollam (Beth) of Kahoka, MO and John Wollam of Beardstown, IL, seven grandchildren, Stephen, Jordan, Luke, Raegan, Zayden, Olivia and Meadow and one great-grandchild, Kamdin.
He is also survived by two sisters, Linda Wollam of Keokuk and Margaret Wollam Vreeland (Hurl) of Portsmouth, VA, one brother, Roger Wollam (Lee) of Mission Viejo, CA and many nieces, nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, James and Clifford Wollam and three nephews, Christopher Wollam, J. R. Clemens and Jason Ray Burdette.
A gathering of remembrance will be held Saturday, February 27 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the CARE building in Kahoka with the family meeting with friends at that time.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the C.A.R.E in memory of Ed.
The Vigen Memorial Home in Kahoka, MO is assisting the family with arrangements.
